GENERAL BUSINESS BROKERAGE
When an owner of a small or mid-sized company commits to sell, there are many issues to consider. SBS helps to move the process along smoothly. The experience we've developed since starting SBS in 1983 provides the practical know-how to find competing qualified buyers, confidentially and efficiently.

MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
SBS' Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Division confidentially matches owners with qualified buyers of mid-sized manufacturers, distributors, and service companies. We also match owners of growing mid-sized companies with equity investors who can supply the funds that their companies need to grow.

FRANCHISING OPPORTUNITIES
SBS investigates, locates & finances franchise opportunities for qualified buyers. We also help owners of existing franchises to get the best available market price for their companies.

These opportunities involve both new and existing franchises. They typically require buyers' cash investments of $15,000 to $750,000.

BUSINESS APPRAISALS AND VALUATIONS
SBS is qualified to value an owner's company in preparation for sale, for estate tax purposes, and for divorce settlements.

SBS offers independent appraisals and opinions of market value to buyers planning to acquire companies.

CONSULTING -- IMPROVING COMPANY VALUE
Some owners prefer to hold and improve their companies' cash flow and asset base until they can achieve a higher market value. As part of our valuation services, SBS can suggest specific immediate and longer-term actions that an owner can take to improvea company's market value.

ASSISTANCE WITH BUSINESS LOANS
Financing is often the KEY to completing the sale or purchase of a small or mid-sized company. SBS has developed a network of financing sources that assist qualified buyers who wish to acquire companies. These include the Small Business Administration (SBA), private lenders, private investment groups, venture capitalists, and others.

Please contact SBS at (610) 668-9780 when you need assistance with financing.
